No problem, NSR supplies rental systems for movie productions, construction projects, emergency disaster relief efforts as well as general business applications.

Depending on your facility and what work needs to be done; NSR can usually get your system up and running in as early as 72 hours.

Installation can be included but it depends on the term. Every installation is unique. NSR prefers to have the customer deal directly with a professional integrator. Doing so saves the customer money and enables them to discuss any additional work that may not be included in the rental agreement.

NSR provides a replacement warranty on all equipment provided for the duration of the rental term. We also allow 2 accident forgiveness’s, per calendar year. If you spill a drink, smash a phone; throw it out the window we will replace up to 2 per year. After that we recommend therapy!

Yes, this can be a “mine field” if you aren’t familiar with ordering services from the phone company. Please give us a call, we will be happy to advise you at absolutely no charge.

The equipment is your responsibility while in your posession. NSR requires that the customer has adequate insurance to cover theft, damage from fire, flood, or any act of god.

Generally the minimum rental term is six months or longer.
![]()
To make it easy, NSR will provide a buyout price included in your rental agreement. You can choose to buy the system at any time after six months and NSR will even let you apply 50% of all the rent you’ve paid toward the purchase.

If you don’t notify NSR that you wish to return the equipment 30 days before the term expires, it will automatically renew for another 30 days. At any time you can chose to purchase the system, continue to rent or NSR will replace the entire system with one that may better meet your requirements at that time.

NSR holds all rights to the equipment. Just like a rental car, you don’t own the equipment but you’re responsible for using it.
![]()
It’s simple really. When you lease equipment, you are responsible for all the payments until the lease ends, whether you are using the equipment or not. Even if you somehow give the equipment back to the lease company, they will still want the money for the remaining payments.
.
With NSR’s rental program, you are personally responsible for only two things.
1. Any outstanding rent owed.
2. The safe return of the equipment to NSR.
