Why Rent Your Business Phone System?
-
Don’t invest in obsolescence
Would you buy a new car that you knew would be worth only 10% of what you paid for it after you paid it off and it was technically a dinosaur?
-
Save your money
Keep your cash in your business and don’t tie it up in rapidly depreciating technology items. The math is very simple: You can pay thousands of dollars for a typical phone system today or keep those thousands and only pay a few hundred dollars a month. As technology advances, you can too! Change it out for better, faster, bigger at virtually any time.
-
Get what you want today.
With renting you can get all the equipment you need today, not just what you think you can afford today. We will make it easy for you to fulfill your immediate requirements with equipment such as headsets, conference phones, fax servers, or even network data switches.
-
Pay as you grow!
All too often, businesses end up having to pay for a “fork lift upgrade” as they outgrow the system they purchased when starting their business. By renting you have many options available, without the restrictions’ of a lease or the financial loss of replacing a system you’ve paid for.
-
Tax deductable
Why would you use hard cash and capital cost tax deductions, when you can right off 100% of your system rental. You do it with your photo copier, don’t you?
-
No locked-in lease contract
Current industry Lease contracts aren’t really leases are they? They are in fact fixed financing, with no way out. Ever tried to return leased equipment or pay it off early? It’s a no go! With renting you can add to it, reduce it, return it or upgrade the entire system without substantial penalties and you won’t be bound to the term of a lease with all the payments. At the end of the term you can choose what you want to do:
- Keep on renting (often at a reduced rate)
- Purchase the equipment at a predetermined price
- Upgrade to a newer platform
-
Limited Personal Guaranty
Almost all equipment lease companies require personal guaranties, a minimum number of years in business or substantial financial history and the lease term is for a minimum of 36 months with no “out clause”. NSR only requires 2 months of payments in advance and the personal guaranty is only for the safe return of the equipment to our facility, not all the remaining payments like a lease.
-
Easy pay!
No messy invoicing and no checks to right. NSR will charge your credit card monthly.
How Does Renting a Phone System Work?
-
Step 1
Simply fill out the free quote form below.
If you need help just call us. 1-800-246-2810NSR will coordinate with both you and the integrator to arrange an implementation time.
Then NSR will have the equipment delivered to your location ready for implementation. -
Step 2
A qualified consultant will contact you via phone within 12 hours. After we have helped you determine your requirements, we will provide a detailed rental agreement, including monthly rental payment, rental term, optional buyout and a detailed option schedule that will give you a clear understanding as to any costs involved as you expand your system in the future. It’s NSR’s goal to have all contingencies and questions answered up front to give you total piece of mind.
Quick note: Because NSR’s can’t rent you anything you can’t return, like the wires in the walls or other labor intensive aspects of what you need, we will have a qualified system integrator work with you to determine what will be required to install the equipment. Generally NSR tries to keep that relationship directly between you and the integrator, that way it saves you money and often customers like to have integrators do other things for them not associated with the equipment they are renting. Like computer networking, e-mail servers and setting up your PC’s. If you are happy with what the integrator needs to do for you and their price for their work, you can move to Step Three. Note: Installation is generally paid for by the customer directly to the recommended integrator or the customers own in-house personnel.
-
Step 3
Complete NSR’s account application and submit it for approval.
Upon approval NSR will electronically send you an agreement for your execution. -
Step 4
NSR will coordinate with both you and the integrator to arrange an implementation time.
Then NSR will have the equipment delivered to your location ready for implementation. -
Step 5
The Integrator will complete the installation and commission the system to your pre-determined requirements.
and your done!

We only need a system for a 4 month production shoot. Can NSR provide us a system?
No problem, NSR supplies rental systems for movie productions, construction projects, emergency disaster relief efforts as well as general business applications. If we already have our phone lines brought in, how long will it take to get a system installed once we decide to move ahead with NSR? Depending on your facility and what work needs to be done; NSR can usually get your system up and running in as early as 72 hours.
Why isn’t the installation included in the rental rate? Installation can be included but it depends on the term. Every installation is unique. NSR prefers to have the customer deal directly with a professional integrator. Doing so saves the customer money and enables them to discuss any additional work that may not be included in the rental agreement.
What’s the warranty on the equipment? NSR provides a replacement warranty on all equipment provided for the duration of the rental term. We also allow 2 accident forgiveness’s, per calendar year. If you spill a drink, smash a phone; throw it out the window we will replace up to 2 per year. After that we recommend therapy!
I haven’t ordered any phone or Internet service yet. What do I do? Yes, this can be a “mine field” if you aren’t familiar with ordering services from the phone company. Please give us a call, we will be happy to advise you at absolutely no charge. Who is responsible for the equipment? The equipment is your responsibility while in your posession. NSR requires that the customer has adequate insurance to cover theft, damage from fire, flood, or any act of god.
How long is the rental term for? Generally the minimum rental term is six months or longer.
What if I want to buy the system during or after I start renting? To make it easy, NSR will provide a buyout price included in your rental agreement. You can choose to buy the system at any time after six months and NSR will even let you apply 50% of all the rent you’ve paid toward the purchase.
What happens at the end of the rental term? If you don’t notify NSR that you wish to return the equipment 30 days before the term expires, it will automatically renew for another 30 days. At any time you can chose to purchase the system, continue to rent or NSR will replace the entire system with one that may better meet your requirements at that time.
Who owns the equipment? NSR holds all rights to the equipment. Just like a rental car, you don’t own the equipment but you’re responsible for using it.
What exactly do you mean by “limited personal guaranty?” It’s simple really. When you lease equipment, you are responsible for all the payments until the lease ends, whether you are using the equipment or not. Even if you somehow give the equipment back to the lease company, they will still want the money for the remaining payments. With NSR’s rental program, you are personally responsible for only two things. 1. Any outstanding rent owed. 2. The safe return of the equipment to NSR.
What other services can NSR help with? NSR can assist with: – Ordering phone and Internet service – Providing Network data switches for your computer network – Providing CCTV surveillance camera systems – Recommending IT Network consultants – Basically anything, just ask
This seems to good to be true? Are you a real business? NSR is a subsidiary of a Southern California based stocking distributor that was established in 1995. They have specialized as a supplier of telecom, data, and CCTV solutions to integrators nationwide for over 15 years. NSR has representatives and partners servicing most metropolitan areas in North America. Our mission is to provide the best solutions, the fastest and easiest way, for the lowest out of pocket expense to your company.
